So in order to figure out what's going on I need to connect my phone over WiFi to the Netool.io thing. That's a hassle. If the Netool.io thing had a Bluetooth radio then the app could just whisper to it. Or if the Netool.io thing would connect to my guest WiFI and then report back to the cloud that would be fine too.

Save discovered information to the Netool.io’s local database or upload it automatically to the cloud. Connect a number of devices to one Netool.io or many via wifi, Ethernet port or the cloud. Ap mode for when WiFi is not available. Netool.cloud enables remote users to connect to your or a remote site’s netool to view and run tests from anywhere.
Create a queue of ports you plug your Netool.io Pro into and map it to a VLAN id that you set and auto configure the port later. Requires LLDP or CDP to be enabled on the switch. Use manual queue on the main menu to queue a port for untagged configuration when you want.
