Standard usage of the Netool.io device. Toggle this option to discover important information about your ethernet port. Allows you to plug a netool into the line going back to a host and devices and detect their MAC address, IP address, VLAN id or OUI Company.
Create a queue of ports you plug your Netool.io Pro into and map it to a VLAN id that you set and auto configure the port later. Requires LLDP or CDP to be enabled on the switch. Use manual queue on the main menu to queue a port for untagged configuration when you want.

USB tethering is required to be enabled. The netool will receive a IP address via the USB tethering option of your phone. The app will discovery the netool via the USB tether using MDNS. USB option enabled on smart device required. The iOS/iPadOS mode is still in beta due USB trust syncing.

Troubleshooting: If after you connect to the devices Wi-Fi via your phone/tablets Wi-Fi settings, the device is not being found in Local Netool (Wi-Fi) tap the refresh button. If the device does not appear after refreshing navigate back to your phones Wi-Fi settings and make sure you are still connected to the devices Wi-Fi.
