If your Gear Fit 2 Pro freezes or hangs, you may need to close apps or turn off the Gear and turn it on again. - If the Gear Fit 2 Pro is frozen and unresponsive, press and hold the Power key for more than 7 seconds to restart it.
*In case of unstable connection to Gear Fit2 with iPhone 6S or 6S+ running iOS 10 and later, access the Bluetooth menu in Settings and unpair all connected Bluetooth devices but do not unpair the Gear Fit2 LE connection. Then turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on.
