NZXT_Jim. · 2y. The left one goes into your motherboard, as long as your motherboard uses the standard Intel pin layout for front panel connectors. That should be most motherboards, except for AMD-compatible motherboards. Most of them have the front panel I/O pins in different places. The right one is an adapter that plugs into the left ...

For the H510, this would be a USB 3.1 Gen 1 and USB 3.1 Gen 2 connection, as shown below. If after removing these cables your issue is resolved this would indicate your front I/O is defective.
Can hardly fault NZXT for following a standard which not many motherboard manufacturers have caught up with (on the 'lower end' boards). Just a cycle or two of boards and most if not all will have it. For now for you that means the USB Type C won't do anything.

The H510 uses a newer 4 pole headphone jack, meaning headsets with a single headphone jack that supports microphone and audio can connect directly to the case without the need for an adapter (pictured below). If you are having problems with your audio, firstly, try connecting a different audio device to the headphone jack.

Yes - The NZXT h510i supports 240mm and 280mm AIO/custom loop radiators on the front panel meaning it will support 2 - 120mm fans or 2 - 140mm Fans on the front panel. The rear panel only supports 120mm fans/radiators. The top exhaust port supports 1 - 120mm or 1 - 140mm configurations.
