  To avoid accidental firing, BE SURE WEAPON IS CLEAR. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or death. Be sure the cam pin is installed in the bolt group. If it isn’t, your OA-93/OA-96 can still fire and will explode, causing injury or death. DO NOT exchange or switch bolt assemblies from one OA-93/OA-96 to another.
