Why does the app always say No device, Please connect your device!. I already connected the device on my phone and I can type using it and I even tried connecting it via USB using an adapter but it is still saying that there is no device connected.

I got my Anne Pro 2 today, downloaded the Obinslab Starter software, and noticed there was a firmware update available. Started that process, it downloaded the firmware and then locked up the entire computer. Rebooted the computer, but the keyboard now appears to be totally dead -- can't get the lights to come on, key press doesn't work, nothing.

The Obinslab Anne Pro 2 connects via Bluetooth and you can wirelessly pair it with up to four devices. The Obinslab Anne Pro 2 has a poor amount of extra features. While all keys can be reprogrammed within its companion software, there are no media keys, Numpad, or arrow keys.
The Obinslab is a compact 60% wireless keyboard, while the Varmilo is a wired TKL. The Obinslab is better for gaming because it has lower latency. Also, it has macro-programmable keys and software for customization. The Obinslab Anne Pro 2 is a better gaming keyboard than the Drop SHIFT, and it's also more versatile overall.
The first time launch Obinslab Starter, you will see the alert below, please authorize Obinslab Starter by clicking Open System Preferences in the alert, then selecting the checkbox for Obinslab Starter in the Privacy pane Devices connected over USB cable. Click Hello World to refresh device list (This usually does not need).
The Obinslab is a more versatile all-around keyboard that you can connect wired or wirelessly via Bluetooth, and you can wirelessly pair with up to four devices. It's available with a range of Cherry MX, Gateron, and Kailh switches.
Step 1 – Open the Obins Anne Pro software available on your device. Step 2 – Then select the “gear” icon from the bottom left. This will let you access the settings.
