EDIT: The migraines and back issue have already been found to be service connected. Good luck with any type of neuralgia; the VASRD is very vague and leaves a lot open for interpretation on the rating schedule. It can be found under §4.124a of the CFR, but to be honest you will probably be lucky to get 10% for it.
