The TRIVAC B are oil-sealed vacuum pumps based on the rotary vane principle. The oil injected into the pump chamber is used for sealing, lubrication and cooling. The pump body is composed of individual parts without sealing elements. These are pinned to ensure easy disassembly and assembly.
The Leybold TRIVAC B has been designed for safe and efficient operation when used properly and in accordance with these Operating Instructions. It is the responsibility of the user to carefully read and strictly observe all safety precautions described in this section and throughout the Operating Instructions.
