For whatever reason, I no longer have the manual for my OKIMATE 20, so I don't remember which manual the manufacture included with the printer (from reading past posts, little difference exists between a 10 and 20). Well, the 10 is a 9 "pin" printer, and the 20 is a 24 "pin" printer. Pin as in heating element.
