If your fluid and brush can't suspend the particles into the fluid, it doesn't matter what the vacuum does. You'll just leave particle in the groove. I prefer the Okki Nokki because it's easier and I really didn't care for the brushing onto a cantilevered record or manually turning records. I also like the full size platter.

Be sure to dilute your bottle of Okki Nokki fluid when you receive it. Don't apply concentrate to your record hah! The process is simple: 1. Place record on platter and secure with threaded center weight 2. Turn rotation on with the switch UP. Apply around 50 mL of fluid 3. Aug 02, 2019 . Denatured alcohol is bad news on vinyl but Isopropyl is fine. I mix 75% distilled water to 25% 91% isopropyl. The alcohol increases the vapor pressure of the solution (drys faster). I tried L'Art Du Son. It works but you have to rinse the record well of you will leave a residue making it a PITA.

Normally, you would dilute it in distilled water although some liquids arrived pre-diluted.
