Latest model Okki Nokki (June 2016) Referred to manual entries.. Let's open it.. This took me a while to figure out, so these are my steps by trial and error: Put the Okki Nokki on it's side with the suction arm opening at the lower side. At the bottom remove the two philips screws and remove the four rubber feet (using a torx screwdriver).

The Okki Nokki is a pain in the backside to use. The AT6012 removes the need to use a carbon fibre cleaning brush, and cleans the records just as effectively as the Okki Nokki. I'm more interested in listening to music than I am performing rituals to the vinyl gods.

Dec 30, 2016 . The Okki Nokki is very user friendly and simple. Place the album through the threaded spindle, clamp with the threaded clamp, pre-dust, spray, scrub, reverse the direction of the turntable, scrub, forward the direction, vacuum. This process takes about 2-5 minutes depending on how much I wanted the album to be cleaned.

It's manual is supplied in three languages (English, German, and Dutch?). Above left, you can see the RCM as it comes out of the box. Be sure to dilute your bottle of Okki Nokki fluid when you receive it. Don't apply concentrate to your record hah! The process is simple: 1. Place record on platter and secure with threaded center weight 2. Turn rotation on with the switch UP. Apply around 50 mL of fluid 3.

With the Okki Nokki (It looks like a bad designed turntable where the arm is a vacuum cleaner) my records look brand new (read: Mint), and more important: the sound quality is better than ever before! It can never remove scratches of course but it does a veeery good job with the rest.

A Disco Antistat would be a step backwards. It's what I started with 18 years ago. I currently use a Cadence Okki Nokki and use L'Art du Son fluid. I would never spend £2000 on a record cleaning machine whether I saved up for it or not. So those options are out of the question.

This tour-de-force of deep clean goes bristles first into record grooves to lift dirt and grime. Can be used with Okki Nokki Record Cleaning Fluid and Okki Nokki Record Cleaning Machine. An exceptional dry cleaning brush for in-between wet cleanings and dustings. Set of 2 (two) replacement velvet strips for cleaning machine vacuum arm.
With fresh cleaning solution at the ready, place a record onto the Okki Nokki platter, clamping it down with the included aluminum record clamp. After flicking on the switch for clockwise rotation, about a tablespoon of cleaning solution should be dribbled onto the record.
The residual dirt and fluid is then removed by suction and transferred into the internal liquid reservoir, which is emptied via a waste tube tucked in the back of the aluminum case every 20 or records. Okki Nokki has dedicated suction arms for 7” and 10" records, available as options. There is a one year manufacturer’s warranty for parts and labor.
Based in The Netherlands, and imported by VANA Ltd in the USA, the team at Okki Nokki addresses this ongoing problem with their newly updated RCM-II record cleaning machine.
