Just a add on -- run Disk Cleanup ( NOT Ccleaner) make sure you select System files, tick everything, you'll be surprised how many GB you'll get back. One that WILL take some time is Windows update Cleanup, it looks like it stalls ( but hasn't). Set it going and go have a beer.

It runs Android 5.1.1. I can't get it to show in ADB when I run adb devices and in Windows Device Manager it always shows as having no driver. The hardware states it runs an Intel Atom processor.
