Terrible customer service ruins the experience. Olloclip expects you to buy a whole new kit each time you upgrade your phone yet takes pre-orders and delays the product for months. So, by the time you receive the product its nearly time to upgrade and of course buy a new lens kit. Job security for Olloclip gets expensive for the consumer.
