• What is the Omnia Platinum Plan?

  The OMNIA Platinum Plan is our new Platinum-plan option. It offers our highest monthly premium, but lowest out-of-pocket costs, when compared to other OMNIA Health Plans. Platinum plans, on average, pay for 90% of the covered medical expenses; members pay 10%, and money-saving subsidies may be available.

• Do all Omnia health plans include a pharmacy benefit?

  All standard OMNIA Health Plans offered on and off the Health Insurance exchange to consumers and small group employers include a pharmacy benefit. Large group employers, National Accounts, ASOs, Labor Accounts and Public Sector Accounts have the option to include a pharmacy benefit in their OMNIA Health Plans.

• What are the different coinsurance rates for Omnia health plans?

  OMNIA Health Plans generally include two coinsurance rates: OMNIA Tier 1 Coinsurance—Applies to services provided by participating managed care network physicians, other health care professionals, ancillary providers and network hospitals that have been designated as OMNIA Tier 1 providers.

• Is Omnia silver plan right for You?

  Silver plans, on average, pay for 70% of the covered medical expenses; members pay 30%, and money-saving subsidies may be available. The OMNIA Silver Plan is a good choice if the member wants a balance between monthly premiums and out-of-pocket costs.
