OMNIKEY has the worst turn arounds on employees. Seems like they have to keep hiring new employees, because they can never keep them. We have multiple 4plexes that they managed and as the owner we had to pay for water bill. OMNIKEY was to bill back each of the tenants for the water bill. They never got around in billing back the tenants.

OMNIKEY was to bill back each of the tenants for the water bill. They never got around in billing back the tenants. We had multiple water leaks on the properties, but not once did OMNIKEY stop and think, why is the water bill was so high.

My complaint about OMNIKEY Realty is that after we left the rental house deep cleaned, they decided to keep $150 of my deposit for cleaning. What a joke! I even sent pictures (as proof) to the owner of the property since he contacted me, to let him know that the house was nice, clean and ready for sale!
