OMNIKEY has the worst turn arounds on employees. Seems like they have to keep hiring new employees, because they can never keep them. We have multiple 4plexes that they managed and as the owner we had to pay for water bill. OMNIKEY was to bill back each of the tenants for the water bill. They never got around in billing back the tenants.

They require the renter to do all maintenance including buying air filters, trimming their full grown trees and bug extermination regardless of if the problem previously existed when you moved in. House was filthy and had bed bugs upon moving in.
