TMA Element Management is a management application designed to monitor large numbers of OneAccess devices. It combines the easy to use graphical interface of the stand-alone version of TMA with an event-logging application called the Element Viewer. • Auto MDI/MDX The Ethernet interface of the ONE100 only supports the 100 Mbps full- duplex operations in auto-sense mode. If connected to devices in 10 mbps or half-duplex, the ONE100 interface will not be connected. The problem can appear mostly with devices forced in such mode or with old Ethernet hub.
