Welcome to One Talk This guide provides instructions for One Talk management from the One Talk Portal, where you can add One Talk services to specific lines and devices. A maximum of eight devices can be added to each One Talk line.
Users can access all the features through the One Talk portal if access is granted by the administrator. Some features are available on the desk phone or mobile app: Expand a voice call to include up to 6 participants without dialing in a conference bridge.
The One Talk Portal is accessible to Verizon Wireless business customers who have registered in My Business Account to manage all of their Verizon Wireless services. The One Talk service administrator for your company can perform the following self-serve functions for business and individual user telephone numbers.
Select Manage all groups from the One Talk Portal menu. Select Create group from the Actions dropdown. Enter a name for the group and select a time zone. Groups can be created in bulk from the Manage All Groups screen using a template.
Account Codes can be enabled and configured via Business Features in the One Talk portal, as shown in the How To column. Account Code usage can be tracked from mobile device calls. The Automated Receptionist answers incoming calls to your business and allows the caller to select which department or person they wish to speak with.
