Nov 12, 2018 . I chose the Orion 8" f/3.9 astrograph (AG8) after using prime lenses on the LXD-75 and 6" apo on a Losmandy G11. I wanted a dedicated astrograph with sufficient aperture and speed to image many common objects below 1000mm with a Canon DSLR and easy autoguiding with PHD2. The AG6/8/10 astrographs were well reviewed and affordable.

I have Orion 8" F/3.9 Newtonian Astrograph to sell. The scope has some cosmetic scratches on the outside. However, inner optics are in excellent condition. I replaced original focuser ring with ScopeStuff compression ring. Secondary mirror collimation screws are replaced with thumb screws. There is a ADM Losmandy Dovetail on the bottom.
