Assume you are talking about Pacbrake exhaust brake, as Pacbrake makes engine brake too (loadleash). The install should be straight forward. One thing worth noting is the mating contact with the turbo down pipe - CC didn't install a gasket in between, at least not on our coach, and Cummins doesn't make one.
