On March 27, 2001, Tomen and NextNet took over operational control of GST Hawaii as Pacific LightNet, Inc (PLNI). As part of this transaction, PLNI also agreed to purchase Hawaii OnLine (HOL), at the time Hawaii's largest ISP, as part of the overall transaction.
For the past 30 years, Pacific Lighting & Standards Co. (PLSC) has been a leader in the design & manufacturing for the lighting industry. PLSC has provided an efficient means of lighting that has complimented various locations around the United States.
PLNC has commercial operations on Kauai, Maui, Molokai, Oahu, Lanai and the Big Island. PLNC has customers ranging from the largest businesses in Hawaii to the smaller ones and includes the hospitality industry, the military, non-profits as well as the high-tech business park on Maui.
Additional Weekly Status Public Notices list applications that are accepted for filing subject to the pre-grant notice and petition procedure of Section 309 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.
As of December 20, 2006, two Public Notices are generated for those types of Weekly Public Notices which have service codes contained separately within the PSHSB ( view Radio Service Codes) and WTB ( view Radio Service Codes ). Prior to that date, only one Public Notice was generated for all wireless applications or licenses.
In addition, WTB and PSHSB publish three Weekly Status Public Notices pertaining to licenses in the ULS where the license or license component (locations or frequencies) is presumed to have terminated automatically for failure to meet buildout requirements in accordance with Rule Section 1.946.
