Travel to all other areas not under USPACOM Travel Restriction requires the traveler to complete and submit a Travel Tracker (TT) entry in the TT/IATP program. However, USARPAC requires USARPAC personnel submit a full AT Plan for travel to any destination regardless if it’s under USPACOM Travel Restriction or not.
