After emailing back and forth with Padmate customer service and sending a video of the earbud, their final advice was it wasn't faulty and sometimes one earbud is worse than the other. Plus was told to use left earbud touch area instead. It's not the end of the world as the earbuds do work but I have a faulty product and they are not replacing it.
For example, only the left or right ear works, the phone can not search the Bluetooth of the PaMu Slide earbuds, and so on. At this point, as long as we restore the PaMu Slide earbuds factory settings can be resolved. Step 1: Put your PaMu Slide earbuds back into charging case ,then take them out and connect automatically.
If you're using Android system, the volume setting is separately from the phone and the earbubs, make sure the volume setting is between 20%-80% on the phone and then press long the left earbud is decreasing the volume, press long the right earbud is increasing the volume. If the wireless charging function of the PaMu Slide is not available, first check that it has enough power, and if the power is insufficient, you need to charge the PaMu Slide first. In addition, the, PaMu Slide can only be used as an emergency charge for mobile phones, and cannot be used as a conventional mobile power supply.
Reverse wireless charging is a major feature of PaMu Slide headphones, but 2000mAh batteries are limited, destined to give mobile phones emergency charging, can not be used as a conventional mobile power supply.
