A friend bought me the Paingone plus unit as a gift but it started to developed a fault within a few months, shocks from it which slowed down despite fresh batteries. I emailed the company and messaged them on Facebook for help and to date have not had a response, that was 2 months ago. So hence this negative review of their service.

A one-minute treatment is normally enough, but you can use Paingone as often as you need. It's a great way to treat the pain associated with acute and chronic pain such as arthritis, sciatica and lumbago. TENS therapy relieves both acute and chronic pain.

Ive used it successfully on hands, ankles, knees. Larger more padded areas such as spine and shoulders, it doesnt seem to have enough power. A traditional tens pad would be better for this. Used the Paingone before, but found the need to keep clicking tiring, so upgraded to the Paingone plus which requires only one click.
