On the WAN router add a static route with 192.168.1.0/24 as destination (assuming that's your local network's subnet) and the next hop should be "next VR" which would be the LAN Router. WAN Interface again here. You still need Source NAT Policies (dynamic-and-port method). So translate 192.168.1.0/24 to your public IPv4.
