While the Pantour still relies on elastomers, it does travel on a different trajectory than is the norm. This basically makes the hub work like a high tech trailing link suspension fork. Click the Install the Panotour Pro Update button to install the update. Done. Start and use Panotour Pro. Optionally you can also remove the update again or open the Panotour Pro user folder for manually editing the updated template files. For using the krpano Update Package it is necessary to use the latest Panotour Pro versions.
The Pantour suspension hub is assembled with replaceable elastomers, recommended for rider's weight 100 - 200 lb. For over 200 lb a special (harder) elastomer is recommended, please contact your bike dealer for having a harder elastomer installed.
Download krpano from here and unpack it anywhere on your system. Start the krpano Tools application. Register your krpano license code. Open the Settings tab. When Panotour Pro is installed on your system, you should get additional information and buttons in the Settings tab - like shown in the screenshot below:
