The 7300 series features a whisper quiet cooling fan, resulting in nearly inaudible operation. FCC class B certification attests that the 7300 minimizes signal interference with TVs, radios and emergency channels. It is UL and CUL listed. All Parallax products carry a standard two-year warranty. How are ratings calculated?
Their support line is actually staffed by the engineers who designed their products, so confidence was high when the guy told me the 7355’s converter had been discontinued, and the newer 55RU is the direct replacement. A couple of days later, the 55RU arrived, and just in the nick of time. The batteries were almost completely dead.
You’d think that the manufacturer would have placed the filter below anything that could be damaged by water, since it’s all but guaranteed to leak at some point, but no… They installed it directly above the trailer’s Parallax 7355 power station.
7100. Check the breaker identification label below each breaker for what each branch circuit breaker controls. If the 7100 series DC power converter is not working, first confirm the RV supply or “shoreline” cord is plugged into a live circuit. Then check all the 120-volt breakers in the panelboard to make sure they are “on”.
