Use the map below to help you navigate to the Stilshrine of Miriam. The entrance to the Stilshrine is located at the southernmost section of the Paramina Rift. Head south into the Frozen Brook and then follow the pathway up and to the west. There is a Save Crystal in the Path of the Firstfall that you can use to save your game.

The first enemy you’ll encounter in Paramina Rift, the White Wolf is indicitive of the power of the monsters you’ll be facing here. A notable - but marginal - power increase over the foes you fought in the Golmore Jungle, if you were handling the former area with some ease, you likely won’t be bothered overmuch by these.

Unlocking the Paramina Run Hunt You can pick up the Paramina Run Hunt by speaking to Gurdy , who is near the Chocobo pen at the entrance to Mt Bur-Omisace . For this quest to become available, you must have a Clan Rank of Headhunter or above and have progressed the story to the point where your party has visited Mt Bur-Omisace for the first time .

After speaking with Gurdy about the Trickster, the player should rent a chocobo (though this is not needed to find the mark) from her for 600 gil, then continue down to the Frozen Brook area of the Paramina Rift where the mark will appear. Monid will be waiting.
Head to Frozen Brook in Paramina Rift to find Monid waiting for you, who will help with the fight. You may have to go in and out until you see Monid tell you that Trickster is there, as the Chocobo is not always present. When you do get the signal from Monid, it’s time to battle.
