    According to the Pergo TimberCraft Instructions the following finishing details are required to create a watertight seal: Create a watertight seal by applying flexible 100% silicone sealant to the entire perimeter of the installation. DO NOT use acrylic sealant

  • Do you need to use vapor barrier with Pergo floormate?

    Make sure to follow the Pergo FloorMate™ installation instructions, taking special care to seal all foam edges with sealing tape and repair all rips and perforations in the underlayment vapor barrier prior to flooring installation. A separate vapor barrier should not be used in conjunction with Pergo FloorMate™.

  • What's the difference between Pergo outlast and Pergo Timbercraft?

    Pergo Outlast Plus and Pergo TimberCraft are the latest flooring styles to be sold by Pergo in Home Depot and Lowes Home Improvement. The two flooring styles have the same AC (hardness rating), same thickness but, a difference in the overall number of styles and that the Lowe’s TimberCraft doesn’t include underlayment attached to the plank.
