When I press the power-on button on the remote the little red light just flashes. I tried plugging the OneConnect box into another outlet and it doesn't make any notice - no fan or clicking. My TV is flush mounted to the wall so I was just barely able to get the serial/model number off.

I fixed the issue by doing the following: 1) factory reset the TV. 2) I bought an extra white frame, I re-installed the bottom frame so that the clear plastic piece was sticking out. I bought the 55" version a week ago and have the same problem. I contacted Samsung about this and performed a reset which didn't work. They initially wanted me to return the TV but managed to get an engineer sent out instead. They have been today and have ordered a new part for this which will hopefully fix the issue. 02-08-2019 10:02 PM in
