That's what Google Fiber support keeps saying but It's not the laptop, it's got to be the Google Fiber router. She can't establish a remote connection to her work desktop when the laptop is connected to our Google Fiber internet but it works perfectly fine if she puts her T-Mobile cell phone in hotspot mode and uses it as her internet connection for the laptop.
