• Did my parents have to sign an agreement with qlqlt?

  QLT's response to me was that my parents did not have to sign an agreement for this, because the service was transferred to them from AT&T which was transferred from New England Telephone in 1984, before laws were passed requiring signatory agreement!

• Did QLT charge my parents for a landline phone?

  Not only have my parents purchased their landline phones for many years (which I know, because I have been the one driving them to the stores to purchase), the QLT invoice states they'd been charging my parents for a PRINCESS ROTARY PHONE, which they've never had!
