QuattroflowTM Fluid Systems is a leading manufacturer of unique 4-piston diaphragm pumps, offering extremely low shear, pulsation and particulate generation, making them perfect for applications such as chromatography and tagential flow filtration (TFF).
All shown Quattroflow pump curves are valid for water at room temperature that means a density of approx. 1000 kg/m³ and a dynamic viscosity of approx. 1 mPa*s (= 1 cP). The higher density and / or the viscosity the lower is the max. flow rate of the pump.
CAUTION: During all maintenance work it has to be ensured that no explosive atmosphere can arise. Appropriate protection equipment is recommended. The Quattroflow 1200 S must not be operated in explo-sion-proof areas. Special versions for “ATEX” applications are available. Please contact manufacturer.
Th e type label of each Quattrofl ow pump can be seen on the bottom of the pump. Th e serial number of the pump head is fi xed the bottom of the pump.
Our Quattroflow 1200 Single-Use and Multi-Use Pumps feature a wetted pump chamber and a maximum flow rate of 20 lpm. Our EZ-Set Pump Head Chamber allows for faster replacement of single-use pump chambers without the use of special tools or torque wrenches.
Quattroflow’s stainless steel multi-use quaternary diaphragm pumps contain no mechanical shaft seal or wetted rotating parts, which enables total product containment and eliminates the possibility of contamination caused by particle generation.

An extended turn-down ratio for a wider range of flow rates than the standard QF4400 (from 50–5,000 lph / 13–1,321 gph). A more compact design and smaller footprint by integrating the pump chamber, pump drive, motor and control box into one unit.
