The Queen is at its most vulnerable in this state, so use powerful weapons to deal significant amounts of damage. If it's using the stinger-shooting phase, keep moving back and forth. If you do get hit by a stinger, the Poisoned debuff will last longer than when you touch with Queen Bee, so make sure to dodge it.

Queen Bee's one-time use of her Venom power also reflects the number of times a bee can sting a person before they die. This only applies to ordinary (worker) bees, however, as real Queen bees do not have barbed stingers and can actually sting as many times as they like or deem necessary.

As the dictator of Bialya, Queen Bee rules her country with brutality and an iron fist, though she claims it to be a constitutional monarchy. Her claim to the throne holds some legitimacy, but is also partly propaganda. She is a power-hungry, unscrupulous and manipulative despot who will do anything to achieve her goals—even threatening the life of an 8-year-old boy.

Every Queen begins life as a fertilized egg. The egg will hatch in three days and become a very small larva. At this stage, the honey bees will begin to feed the larva. Depending upon the amount of food given to the larva, it will become a worker or a Queen.
Discard the ones that are redundant, and uphold the important ones. The bee spirit guide empowers you to take time for yourself to work on your timetables. It shows you the power of good organization. When you work under its guidance, you realize that your life becomes richer for it.
Any water poured onto the honey will create honey blocks. If a Larva is partly submerged or just under the surface, the forming blocks will break the Larva, summoning Queen Bee as usual. If a hive is large enough, it can be made into a decent arena by (optionally) clearing the walls of the hive and adding platforms.
Bee Hive. If you want to find the Queen Bee, you have to look for her within the Bee Hive mini-biomes. These are found inside the Underground Jungle, a massive biome comprised of a large system of interconnected caverns.
There are two ways to summon the Queen Bee: You'll find Larva inside Bee Hives, large, naturally spawning areas inside the Underground Jungle biome. It's impossible to miss them (they're made of honeycomb.) Once you've seen off the Queen Bee once, you can use some of the materials you've collected to craft her spawning item: the Abeemination.
Once you have 5 hive blocks, 1 bottled honey, 5 honey blocks, and a stinger you can craft the abeemination from your inventory. That is all you need to craft the Queen Bee spawn item. To use the abeemination item you have to be in the underground jungle.
