Dec 01, 2018 . I would recommend Quox Creek add pliable sound absorbing gray plastic foam for the base to rest upon. In addition, the correct volume of water must be maintained since the vortex will become cloudy with tiny bubbles and noisier when thirsty. The fountain's water maintenance is important for it to do its job.
