• What should I do if my radiora ®2 is not working?

  Discontinue activating RadioRA ®2 system until activation of the neighboring system is complete. System has been programmed using the RadioRAR 2 Design and Setup PC tool, and cannot enter Add Mode manually. System must be programmed using the RadioRAR 2 Design and Setup PC tool. Main Repeater is out of RF range or is not powered.

• Can the system be programmed manually using the radiorar 2 design tool?

  Note: Once a system has been programmed using the RadioRAR 2 Design and Setup PC Tool, the system cannot be manually programmed. All subsequent programming must be performed using the RadioRAR 2 Design and Setup PC Tool.

• Where can I find the model number of my radiora 2?

• What is the difference between referring and ordering physicians?

  Referring physician is a physician who requests an item or service for the beneficiary for which payment may be made under the Medicare program. Ordering physician is a physician or, when appropriate, a non-physician practitioner, who orders non-physician services for the patient. See Pub. 100-02, Chapter 15 for non-physician practitioner rules.

• What is the order/referring requirement for an NPI?

  The  ordering/referring  National Provider Identifier  (NPI)  must be  for an individual physician or NPP (not  an organizational  NPI). The  physician or NPP must  be of a         specialty type that is eligible  to  order     and refer.

• When did the ordering/referring requirement become effective?

  The ordering/referring requirement became effective January 1, 1992, and is required by §1833(q) of the Act. All claims for Medicare covered services and items that are the result of physician’s order or referral shall include the ordering/referring physician’s name.

• What is the notice period for ordering/referring provider claims?

  CMS will give providers at least 60 days notice before the ordering/referring provider claim edit is applied. Physicians and others who are eligible to order/refer items or services need to be enrolled in Medicare and must be of a specialty that is eligible to order and refer.
