Don't know a good source, but the ones I can think of off hand… 1-6 is the degree of the turn. 1 is tighter, 6 is almost straight.. The numbers he calls are the distance to the next corner, so 3 right, 200 means a 3 right corner followed by 200 meters to next corner. Square is 90 degrees. Hairpin is a 180. Tightens means the curve gets tighter towards the end; Opens means it gets looser.
