Ramia (AKA Empyrea and Great godbird, formerly Lamia) is a character in the Dragon Quest game series who is a gigantic bird-like creature with the power to travel between worlds.
By her second appearance in Dragon Quest VIII however Ramia, now known as Empyrea, is shown to be a very kind and wise individual, that was openly ready to sacrifice herself in order to save a world she was just visiting.
When first encountered at the Leiamland shrine, Ramia is only an egg being guarded by a pair of twin sisters. In order to hatch the egg, the Hero and their party must gather the Six Orbs from around the world and place them on pedestals surrounding it.
Ramia’s Premium Plus is a traditional style joinery bench made from European beech and is intended for large workshops.
Ramia (formerly localised as Lamia) also later known as Empyrea, the Great godbird is a recurring character in the Dragon Quest series who is a gigantic bird-like creature with the power to travel between worlds. Thanks to this ability she was able to make many re-appearances across multiple titles of the series set in different realities.
Ramia is a major antagonist in the Pretty Sammy series. She was voiced by Maya Okamoto. In both OVA and TV series, she is a Queen candidate for the throne of the magical realm of Juraihelm but is passed over in favor of Tsunami.
At some point after her adventures in Dragon Quest III, in her travels across dimensions, Ramia came across this reality, a world that originally was one singular, chaotic world before eventually finding balance by splitting into two twin worlds, the World of Light and the World of Darkness.
Ramia, who has an arrogant personality, is jealous of Tsunami and attempts to interfere with the deliberations by trying to defeat Tsunami's champion, Pretty Sammy. She sends her brother Rumiya to Earth in order to transform Misao Amano into Ramia's own champion, Pixy Misa.
