Output taps are 4, 6 and 8 ohms. Tube complement is one 6SN7 and 12AX7 each and a whopping eight 5881 (or EL34/KT77) per channel to make a claimed 100 watts RMS of auto-biased Class A ultralinear power. That spec sits in the heart of ARC, CJ, Rogue or VTL country. Just four EL34 in push/pull usually net 100 watts.

Nov 22, 2013 . While I'm on the subject, I just had a laser fail on my Raysonic, a very early edition of the 128. The original seller and the 'new dealer' wanted over $400 to replace it. I had it replaced by a local audio repair shop for $180 including the cost of the laser for which the 'new dealer' wanted $125 for the laser alone!

Equipment Review - Raysonic SP-100 Integrated Amplifier (1/2006) "Quiet" and "very natural." "What I presumed would be strengths of an all-tube design, overall coherency and balance, are there, just not as consistently as I expected." The sound "lacked some focus…. Everything was sort of lumped into the middle."
Raysonic is a Toronto-based corporation with manufacturing facilities located in China. The company was founded in 2000, but up until the point I was notified that I would be reviewing the SP-100, I had never heard of the Raysonic brand.
The Mozart in fact wins the nod as the best sound the Raysonic has to offer. The piano is meltingly beautiful, the orchestra warm and open. He woodwinds are nicely captured, and the whole piece has an organic feel, with a touch of intimacy.
