Raze has one of the highest damage output agents in the game. While her kit all explodes for damage, there are more eccentric ways you can utilize her. In this Raze character guide, you will learn how to use Raze and her abilities in ways you would not have thought of. INSTANTLY throw a Blast Pack that will stick to surfaces.
Raze is a very high damage agent, with all of her abilities capable of dealing lots of damage, if not killing enemies in one blow. Raze should be scoring pretty high on the scoreboard, but maybe not the highest over all other carries.
Raze's ultimate, Showstopper, lets her equip a rocket launcher and send it blasting through the air at opponents. Though it costs six points to activate, Showstopper does a lot of area damage and, if targetted well, can one-shot any opponent caught in its crossfire.
Raze can obtain up to two Blast Packs per round, with each costing 200 credits. To use a Blast Pack, simply throw it in any direction and either wait for it to detonate on its own or Re-Use it (by hitting Q), which detonate it, causing damage and moving anything that's been hit.
Overall, VALORANT 's Raze is an extremely versatile agent who can be used both defensively and offensively. While her explosions and missiles make her a great agent who is capable of taking out opponents head-on, she can also be used more stealthily to detect enemies and slowly take down the other team.
Is Raze Right For You? When you are Raze, or you have Raze on your team, you should expect Raze to quickly and effectively clear angles, as every single one of her abilities excels at it. Raze is a very high damage agent, with all of her abilities capable of dealing lots of damage, if not killing enemies in one blow.
For a well-rounded Raze, players should also depend on their weapons and teammates. Given Raze's blunt-force-trauma and aggressive playstyle, it's best to pair her up with a flexible team consisting of controllers like Omen or Brimstone and sentinels like Sage or Cypher, who can expertly defend an area against opponents while Raze knocks them down.
