Install RBRCIT (Car Installation Tool) (click on releases for downloads). This is as simple as dropping the files into your RBR directory. Open RBRCIT.exe. It will ask you if you want to create a backup, select 'Yes'. It will then ask you if you want to extract audio.dat, select 'Yes' and wait for the dattool to do it's thing.

Launch RSRBR and use the Alone option. Click the settings from the Options dropdown menu and set up what you need to... like manual transmission.
