May 26, 2013 . Type in HE and press send - this should call up a help list. If you get stuff coming back, then the board is talking to the computer. If you dont get anything, change the baud rate to 115200 (or close, its something like that). After that, do file - open and navigate to the firmware, _048.ino in my case.

Feb 06, 2015 . Now that I have new RCTimer 2610 920kv with 9450 props with RCTimer 30 amp opto's it flys much better, those DJI opto's and red motors did pretty good, but this is much better!!! The other day when i tested the fc ver 1.4 I had so much fun flying!!

Mar 12, 2013 . The RCTimer 450 is heavier than ideal for sports flying in my opinion. You';ll make your life easier learning flips and stuff if you start with something smaller and lighter. F330 size with 8 inch props and a total flying weight of 750 grams or less is ideal.

Firmware upgrade. You can check new versions and upgrade firmware from the SimpleBGC GUI application. Download latest GUI, connect board and upgrade firmware at the Upgrade tab. See user manual for more info. To test the latest beta-version of firmware, download the GUI 2.68 b9 and upgrade firmware enabling the "Check for beta versions" flag.
1. The USB portis used to connect the SimpleBGC 32bit stabilization board to PC. 2. Gyroscopic sensor(s)(IMU's) are connected to I2C slot. When there is a second IMU their outputs are combined with an Y-cable and in either case a single connection is made to the port as shown.
This is the original BaseCam SimpleBGC 8-bit controller board (formerly also called AlexMos). While this board has been superseded by the 32-bit version, this 8-bit version is still available in the marketplace and is actively used and supported. It still produces outstanding results.
That you must obtain (if needed) from the download section for the 8-bit board. Ths board extends the capability of the SimpleBGC 2-axis controller to 3-axis. To connect the extension board to the SimpleBGC 2-axes controller use 4 wires: SDA (I2C), SCL (I2C), GND (common), +BAT (power).
