By default, the display will show your current temperature in degrees Celsius. Air Flow Grade -- Air flow grades range from A25 ~ A99. You can adjust the air flow by turning the air setting knob. The LED output will display the setting air flow grade for 2 seconds and then return to the current air temperature of the nozzle.

BGA & SMD Rework Stations. BGA rework stations — also called SMT and SMD rework stations — play a critical role in printed circuit board repair and modification. As their names imply, rework stations are spaces where technicians can alter surface-mounted devices and circuit boards with ball grid array (BGA) packaging.
These steps are performed in a BGA rework station, which is a device designed and equipped for heating printed circuit boards to remove and replace malfunctioning parts. When a PCB is submitted to a rework station, the process will typically cover several BGA components, each of which must be corrected individually.
The SP-360C BGA Rework Station is a basic rework station that is ideal for entry-level circuit board repair jobs. This rework station does not have a split-vision assist camera. The rework station fits boards up to 16.5 inches and has the capability to place components from 4 millimeters to 55 millimeters.
Crisp images of the component’s leads and the board’s pads are superimposed on a high definition display at a zoom factor of up to 230x, making visual alignment easy and precise for the smallest chip components through the largest fine-pitch QFPs and BGAs.
