Tron will briefly check for a newer version when it starts up and notify you if one is found. Depending on how badly the system is infected, it could take anywhere from 3 to 10 hours to run. I've personally observed times between 4-8 hours, and one user reported a run time of ~30 hours.
Download Tron. The download links are in the top post in /r/TronScript. If you download the self-extracting .exe file, run it and it will extract tron.bat and the esources folder to the current directory. Copy both of them to the Desktop of the target machine. Tron can be run with Windows in either Safe Mode or Regular mode.
