I have a similar problem with my Samsung RF28K9070SR/AA flex zone refrigerator. The freezer isn't freezing. The temperature gauge shows it is minus 8 (where I set it) but everything is thawed. I have unplugged the fridge to reset it but the freezer temperature shows it actually is 53 degrees (not minus 8).
