Most newer soundbars can do this, and Samsung soundbars 2017 650 series and above can. Connect an HDMI cable to the HDMI IN port on the bottom of the soundbar. Connect a second HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT port on your soundbar and connect the other end to an HDMI IN port on your TV.
Make sure that the Bluetooth option of the Harman Kardon speaker is turned on. If not, you can turn it on by pressing the side button on the speaker. After that, you will notice that your smart TV will search for Bluetooth devices. Click on the Harmon Kardon name and connect it to pair the speakers with your smart TV successfully.

Most Samsung Sound Bars support HDMI with both HDMI IN and OUT connections. Connect one HDMI cable from your PVR's HDMI Out jack to the HDMI IN jack on the Sound Bar. Connect a second HDMI cable from the HDMI OUT jack on the Sound Bar to the HDMI IN jack on your TV. The Sound Bar plays digital sound and passes video on to your TV.
Pairing your wireless speaker with your Samsung Galaxy device Press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons on the speaker until the light on the front blinks green quickly. Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and select the speaker from the list. (See your device's documentation if you need more help).
Most soundbars can be wall mounted. A soundbar can be placed under or above a wall-mounted TV. It is best to mount it under the TV as the sound is better directed to the listener. Many soundbars come with hardware and/or a paper wall template so you can find the best spot and mark the screw point for provided wall mounts.
