Steelseries wouldn't honor the warranty. I use hyper x and Razer now. Much more satisfied with those than my SS Apex m800 keyboard that has to be disconnected and reconnected after every startup. ($200+ keyboard) SS engine is a joke.

I am trying to contact SteelSeries support about getting a product repaired. I am not trying to make a warranty claim. As far as I can tell there are two ways to contact SS, both from their site, either "Open a ticket" or "Open RMA case". I clicked open a ticket, described my issue, and 2 days later I got this response
