cantilever design (see Figure II-1) and, thus, this manual will focus on that design. The cylindrical design can be employed when an unfilled thermoplastic material with higher elongation will be used (a typical application is an aspirin bottle/cap assembly). Remove the plastic (or sometimes rubber) cover over the headlight motor assembly and use the Manual Raise/Lower knob to raise the headlight to the full up position. 2. With the headlight fully raised, remove the four screws holding the plastic trim piece that goes around the headlight. This is being removed to provide for easier access later on.

The best applications of a manual staple gun include: Woodworking and carpentry projects that require a lot of precision and care when working. These types of projects can’t afford the slip-ups or the lack of control that the pneumatic and electric staple guns have.

Anchoring. If you’re finding that the plastic won’t stick to paper, or that it goes off in random directions, don’t worry! All you have to do is push your pen’s nozzle firmly onto the paper and allow the plastic to extrude for a couple of seconds, then lift the nozzle into the air.

When inserting a fresh strand of plastic into your 3Doodler Start+, it can take 10-15 seconds for it to extrude out of the nozzle. Thanks for your patience! First try gently pushing your plastic into the feed port to ensure it engages with the gears and gets gripped properly.
Being more expensive, engineering plastics are produced in lower quantities and tend to be used for smaller objects or low-volume applications (such as mechanical parts), rather than for bulk and high-volume ends (like containers and packaging).
