This T-Fal pot is a fabulous value, even if it isn't the sexiest cookware on the market. According to the manufacturer, they are non-toxic and guaranteed to last for many years. We've all had nonstick pans that started chipping (into your food) after just a few months or a year, and as far as I can tell so far, this really is a durable finish.
