Typically the Configuration Label will show the Take Label value at 255. Assure the printer is properly configured for Peel Mode. If the problem still exists perform the Manual Calibration.
The Take Label or Peel Sensors on the ZT Series printers are calibrated at the factory to properly detect a label when set to Peel Mode. The sensor values can be altered when incorrectly performing a Manual Calibration. Typically the Configuration Label will show the Take Label value at 255.
